Time for #MissionAccomplishedMondays… Dr. Dan Go! Dr. Dan Go is pleased to give back to Vietnam war veteran, John C. by giving him dentures so that he is able to confidently chew and smile. John was a firefighter and damage control guy in the Navy.
He wasn’t well received when he returned from war and managed much challenges in his transition. He worked various jobs with the last 21 years as a maintenance mechanic until he had a stroke in 2008 and his PTSD surfaced. He had to quit his job. John has limited vision and enjoys his quiet and mainly independent life at home. Thank you for your service, John! We provide opportunities for dentists across the country to give back to just one combat veteran in their private offices. Please help spread the word to all dentists so they can partner with us to honor our combat veterans. Presently, we have many opportunities for dentists in California and Arizona. Be like Dr. Go and change the life of a combat veteran!

Since coming home from the war, Michael Hhas struggled with PTSD. To this day, he cannot talk about his war days. That struggle resulted in two divorces and a battle with alcoholism. Despite that, Michael continues to find joy in life. He has been a recovering alcoholic for the past 30 years, and has fulfilled his wish to experience different parts of the country by living in 15 different states in the past 40 years. In his retirement, Michael has some limitations from the challenge of vascular problems in his legs, but enjoys taking care of his 7 wild neutered cats. Michael is enjoying eating again, especially vegetables, and could not be happier with his dentures. Dr. Yen was pleased with the opportunity to honor Michael with new dentures. Thank you for your service, Michael!
