    Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Apply to the Free Veteran Dental Program?
For more information about our application process, please visit our application page.

What Type of Dental Care Will I Receive?
Dental care is comprehensive. The dentists typically do x-rays and a full exam, as well as treat dental concerns diagnosed at your first visit.

Where Are the Dental Volunteers Located?
Everyone for Veterans is a national organization serving veterans across the country. Since our providers are volunteers, we work diligently to recruit new dental professionals in areas where veterans need assistance. However, we rely on the generosity and availability of these volunteers, which can sometimes cause delays in matching veterans with providers in certain regions.

    How Much Does it Cost?
E4V's partnering dentists provide comprehensive dental treatment at no cost. Occasionally, there may be a nominal dental lab fee.

How Can I Become a Partnering Dentist?
If you are a dentist and would like to partner with us to provide dental services to veterans, please apply directly on our Dental Volunteer Opportunities page.

    What Are the Eligibility Requirements?
We understand that financial hardship varies for each applicant. We consider many factors when determining eligibility, as every veteran’s situation is unique.

Additionally, we require the following documentation:
    • A DD214 showing honorable discharge and at least two years of enlistment.
    • A copy of the applicant’s disability award letter confirming a rating below 100%.

Spouses of qualified veterans are also eligible for our programs.

What if I Need Immediate Dental Care?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide assistance for emergency care. However you may be able to find alternative dental resources through your local dental society or community health center.
