Our volunteer dental partners generously donate their time, and we are actively recruiting professionals in areas where veterans need care. However, connecting veterans with providers depends on volunteer availability in their region. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to connect veterans with the care they deserve.

Dental assistance​

Local dentists volunteer their time and services to provide dental care. Limited to one application per person.
Eligibility requirements:
1. Honorable Discharge after completing at least a 2-year enlistment period.
2. Experiencing financial hardship.
3. Must be less than 100% disabled.

E4V Resource Program

Our Resource Program provides veterans with resources located in their community to access the programs that they need to improve their quality of life needs. ​
E4V is a national charitable organization serving veterans across 50 US states.
We are a civilian nonprofit program and we are not affiliated with the VA or the government.

Only the last 4 digits of your social security number and birthdate are needed, so please white-out the other digits of your social security number.
  • DD214 form of veteran
  • Current year VA disability award letter ( even if rated at 0%)
  • Marriage certificate if spouse of veteran
